Who we are and our role
Workspace Dynamics B.V. is a sales and service organization and distributor of workplace platforms. The platforms, such as NDD Orbix and KUBO LXP, are developed by NDD, and NDD delivers the services and technical support for them. See the legal notice for our company details.
Orders and services are governed by the written agreement we conclude with you. Prices, service levels and the scope of support are set out in that agreement and not on this website.

The information on this website is general and may change without notice. It is not an offer and does not create an agreement. Features, availability and specifications can differ by region and version. Please confirm what you need with us before you rely on it.
Security and compliance statements
Statements about security, certification or compliance describe the platforms and the infrastructure they run on, such as Microsoft Azure, as published by their providers. Workspace Dynamics itself is not certified under ISO/IEC 27001 or a comparable standard. Ask us for the current documentation from NDD if you need it for your own assessment.
Customers, names and trademarks
Product names, company names and logos belong to their owners. Showing them does not mean the owner endorses Workspace Dynamics, unless we say so. Customer stories show the customer as described by that customer or NDD.
Our content
The texts, design and other material that we made are protected by copyright. You may view and share a page for your own business purposes. Please ask us before you copy or publish more than that.
Forms and personal data
Do not send confidential or sensitive information, such as patient data, through the forms. We process the data you send as described in our privacy statement.
Liability
We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage that results from using the website, from the information on it, or from third-party websites that we link to. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
Dutch law applies to this website and these terms. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, without affecting any mandatory rights you may have.
