High-sequestration reforestation
Native and fast-growing species planted and maintained across ten forest units in Santa Catarina, each independently audited for growth and CO₂ capture.
Investing in what comes next. Our sustainable promise
We believe in a better world where profit and care for the planet go hand in hand. That is why Workspace Dynamics invests 10% of its profits in sustainable projects in the Amazon, the world's largest rainforest. On top of that, we support Green Carbon, NDD's reforestation program.
Green Carbon is NDD's own greentech initiative — a working reforestation program in Brazil that plants trees with high CO₂ sequestration capacity and helps partner companies offset their carbon footprint. Workspace Dynamics supports it alongside NDD Orbix, so every customer we work with can see exactly what stands behind the “sustainable by design” story.

Green Carbon was founded in 2006 in the Serra Catarinense, inside NDD, on a simple premise: taking care of the planet is a responsibility companies can act on, not just talk about. It plants trees with high carbon-sequestration capacity, runs climate-awareness education through the Green Carbon University, and helps businesses connect their operations to measurable ESG outcomes rather than a logo on a slide.

Short-form training on climate change and sustainable practice, so a company's environmental commitment reaches employees, not just its annual report.
Companies can offset a chosen tonnage of CO₂ and receive a branded Green Carbon certificate, backed by technical reports and field visits — not a self-issued badge.
Owned or leased land, managed to the good-practice standards set by Brazilian and international forestry bodies, and checked by independent forestry engineers rather than taken on faith. Nine plantation units plus one native forest reserve.
