Who we are
This website is operated by Workspace Dynamics B.V., a private limited liability company (besloten vennootschap) registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42186652, based in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
We are the controller (verwerkingsverantwoordelijke) for the personal data described in this statement. You can reach us at hello@workspacedynamics.tech.
Scope
Workspace Dynamics sells and supports workplace platforms, including NDD Orbix and KUBO LXP, for partners and organizations. The platforms are developed by NDD, and NDD delivers the services and technical support for them.
This statement covers this website and our own business contacts. It does not cover data that customers process inside NDD platforms. That data is governed by the agreement with the customer.
What we process, why and for how long
We only process the personal data that is needed for the purposes below.

Who receives your data
We share personal data only where needed and with the following recipients:
- Netlify, Inc., which hosts this website and receives the messages you send through our forms, so that we can pick them up and answer them. STRATO, our email provider, stores our mailbox.
- NDD, the developer of NDD Orbix and KUBO LXP, including its EMEA entity. We share your details with NDD when your request concerns NDD products or services, for example a demo, a pilot, NDD Academy or support access, or partner onboarding.
- NotFound Digital Creativity, which hosts our website statistics.
- Professional advisers such as our accountant, under confidentiality, and authorities where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
NDD is a group headquartered in Brazil, so your data may be accessed from outside the EEA when we share it with NDD. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision of the European Commission. Ask us if you want to know which safeguard applies.
Netlify, Inc. is based in the United States, so the messages you send through our forms are processed there as well. The same safeguards apply.
Links to other websites
Our pages link to other websites, such as the NDD portals. We are not responsible for how those sites handle personal data.
Security
We protect personal data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to our mailbox and systems, and spam and abuse protection on our forms. Please do not send confidential or sensitive data, such as patient data or passwords, through the forms or by email.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you,
- have inaccurate data corrected,
- have your data erased,
- restrict our processing,
- receive your data in a portable format,
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
To use these rights, email hello@workspacedynamics.tech. We respond within one month. We may ask you to identify yourself first.
You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
Providing your data
Giving us your details is voluntary. Without them we cannot answer your request.
Changes
We may update this statement, for example when we add new tools. The date at the top shows the latest version.
